How do I fill out the Credit Application?

To fill out the credit application, simply navigate to the Finance tab and click the button to get a quote. You will be redirected to the Octane Lending form where you will input all of the relevant information. In the first section, “Vehicle You’re Acquiring”, please check the “cannot find” box. “Year” is 2023, “Make” is VCARTS, and “Model” is the cart you have selected – LIMO, CRUISER, ECO4, or GOLF.

For the remainder of the application, follow the prompts as directed, and submit when you are finished.

What do I do after I have completed the Credit Application?

Once you have submitted the application, we will process it for approval, which should take no longer than 30 minutes if submitted during normal business hours.

Once approved, you will be sent a Bill of Sale form which must be signed and returned through our E-sign software.

Where can I drive my Cart?

Per the Texas DMV, Golf Carts with a Golf Cart license plate may be operated on roads in the following situations:

In a master planned community with a uniform set of restrictive covenants and a county or municipality approved plat
On a public or private beach that is open to vehicular traffic
On a highway with a posted speed limit of 35 mph, during the daytime and not more than two miles from the location where it is usually parked for transportation to and from a golf course
To cross intersections, including an intersection with a highway that has a posted speed limit of more than 35 mph.

Do I have to pay for shipping and handling?

Shipping & Handling is free within 50 miles of College Station or Austin, Texas. If you are purchasing a cart and are located outside of that radius, please call for a quote.

Do I need to insure my Cart?

Yes. If you will be operating your cart on public roads, you will need to have at least a basic liability policy on your cart. Most homeowners policies have limited coverage for golf carts.

Insurance providers, such as Progressive, offer policies with relatively low rates. Please review your options when searching.
